b. Min S1 / S2 in Management , Engineering, Economy and Law
Background.
b. Experience min 5 years in HR Business & Strategic Management
Development
c. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and meet business
growth and development targets
d. Business minded and have a good vision and thinking for Business
Development
e. Understanding Business Process (HR Integrated Services: HR
Consulting for Recruiting, Selecting & Interviewing)
f. Have skill (Strong in Negotiate Technical, Relationship, HR
Business Scope)
g. Good Communication and persuation skill, Leader
Ship,Independent,Disciplined,Self Confident and hard working and goal
oriented
h. Understanding Computer Literate (Ms Words,Excel,Power Point,Ms
Outlook,Internet)
i. Have experience dealing with Government Sector
j. Able to travelling
