Our client, one of the biggest conglomerations in Indonesia, is currently seeking to employ a professional like you to be its:

HEAD OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT (HOD)

Job Description includes:

· Improving the effectiveness of the organization and its people

· Developing the Organization's Capability Building

· Analyzing and reporting HR data

Requirements:

· Male, maximum 35 years of age

· S1 degree from a reputable university (S2 an advantage)

· Minimum of 5 years experience as Organization Development Manager

· Having strong leadership skills with ability to manage a group of people

· Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

· Fluency in verbal & written English

Others:

· Compensation & Benefit package will commensurate with competencies and experience

· Jakarta based, but willing to travel to company's operation areas.
