cara menghapus virus ini gmn yah??

kadang2 muncul di system32, truz di recycler, truz muncul di my
document..

gk bisa ilang mulu nich,

apa downadup ini menyebabkan koneksi internet n laptop jadi ngeHang
setelah dipakai tiap 15 menit??
