Executive Chef- Local Hire Only (Indonesian)
. 2 or more years in similar position in 4 star hotel or resort
. Able to adapt to local cultures
. A self starter, outgoing, highly motivated, quality driven and initiative
. Posses and display a high degree of customer service focus
. Posses good leadership skills and team spirit
. Lead the kitchen team and develop the team by providing them with training
on culinary related matters
. Full responsibility for all aspects of kitchen department and reporting to
the General Manager
. Posses strong organizational skill and has ability to work under pressure
