ini bukan masalah windows 32-bit. seperti yg disebutkan Ryo, 32-bit OS can
handle exactly 4GB full of address space. masalah ini lebih karena
konsekuensi dari platform architecture yg dimana registrasi hardware (PCI,
VGA, etc) berebutan address space dengan application/
kesalahan para designer komputer pada awal perkembangannya yg terbawa sampai
sekarang.
