Kalo dari errornya ada masalah di system foldernya. Coba direstart dulu Outlooknya dengan "safe mode".
Outlook 2007 punya feature autorecovery dan akan diperbaiki secara otomatis. Setelah proses recovery safemode selesai, coba di close dan buka lagi sampai ke normal mode.
Kalo cara ini tidak berhasil. Coba reinstall Outlooknya. Pengalamn sih kalo sudah recovery pake safemode biasanya normal.
Mudah-mudahan bisa membantu.

Dear Milis
Outlook 2007, saya sedikit bermasalah, pada saat folder Sent diklik (mau dibuka), muncul messages : Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook. Outlook cannot open this item. The item may be damaged.
Dan ketika mau sent message, message terus saja ada di folder Outbox, walaupun email tersebut terkirim. Biasanya apabila sudah terkirim, file tersebut otomatis pindah ke folder Sent.
Mohon pencerahan solusinya dari rekan2 Milis.
