Position: Support VAS Engineer

Location: Jakarta

Client : Telkomsel and Indosat

Language : English is a MUST

Opportunity: Training to India will be given to good employee's performance

Start date: ASAP

Position Description: - Responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2
analysis and trouble shooting
- To interface with customer in all
circumstances
- Regular follow-up with customer
- Performed Regular health-checks
- Be prime interface to the customer & hold
review meetings with the customer on a timely basis
- Provide on site troubleshooting when
necessary and appropriate

Skills : Unix-Solaris, Oracle DB, Understand and have knowledge in Telco
environment.
