[ITCENTER] junk mail

Rekan2 IT,
Ada beberapa user di kantor emailnya diterima sebagai junkmail, tp pas saya
test pake account email saya normal2 saja.
Kira2 penyebabnya apa ya ? kok emailnya diterima sebagai junk mail, apakah
krn attachment-nya atau ada penyebab lain ??
Please....tolongin donk...gimana cara ak nge-trace-nya?
Mail serverku pake postfix....
