Requirements:
· Minimal 3 years experience in Collection
Supervisor or Finance operation in Retail / Property Company
· Strong analytical skill &
Leadership
· Good communication skill
· Bachelor degree in Accounting
from reputable university
· Female/ Male, max. 30 years old
· Fluent in English and skillful
in Information Technology

TECHNICAL INTERNAL AUDIT

Expertise
* In technical audit for machine, building & utilities

Responsibilities:
· Identify issues & concern,
and make practical, value-added recommendation to management
· Audits the technical operational
activities in Building Management
· Reviewing & evaluating
adequacy of internal system control & operational technical procedures, as well as recommending corrective
measures
· Prepare reports on scope of
audits & recommends improvements in operational procedure or other
desirable

Requirements:
· Minimal 3 years experience in
Consultant & Contractor / Building Maintenance / Engineering
· Strong analytical skill with
high sense of integrity and investigation
· Bachelor degree in Civil,
Mechanical & Electrical from reputable university
· Preferable Male, max. 30 years
old
· Fluent in English and skillful
in Information Technology
