om widodo: programmya sudah saya download dan install, tapi semua
menu tidak dapat digunakan.
muncul tulisan: printer off, or some other problem!
saya coba restart printer & PC tetap saja tidak berpengaruh.
tariestacomcell: kedua catridge masih ada tintanya. saya mau langsung
ganti tinta dengan yang baru, tapi masalahnya catridgenya tidak mau
menggeser.
