Head Of IT Development / Technical Lead
The technical lead will guide the individual team in writing the finer
specifications, doing literature survey, looking at public domain
solutions, finalizing the customization envisaged /development
required, developing the user interface.
The outcome of this phase should be a research paper.
The development of the project plan and the adherence to the agreed
deadlines, guidance to the team both technical and administrative is
part of this role.
PhD in computer science or Masters in IT Eng with 3-5 years of
experience in undertaking development of major research projects.

Systems Analyst / Solution and algorithm designer
These are people who have skills in the development of algorithms for
a given problem. They will work closely with the project lead in
exploring efficient algorithms, customizing, designing algorithms for
the project. A through knowledge of advanced data structures and it's
suitability to situations is expected.
M.Tech / MCA in computer science or IT with at least 2 years of
experience in developing algorithms, applying appropriate data
structures in the situations and working on system development projects.

PHP programmer
The candidate should have knowledge either on ASP, .net or VB, .net or
C#. Should be proficient to device new logics to the problems and also
should be work with minimum supervision. Teaching to other team
members can be an advantage.
Diploma or degree with 3 years of experience

.Net programmers
The candidate should have knowledge on multimedia programming. The
following skill sets are compulsory.
a. DirectX programming
b. Remote method invocation (RMI)
c. Multi Threading
d. Socket programming (at least FTP client component in application
for uploading and downloading of files)
e. In depth knowledge of VB.net OOP.

DBA
The candidate should have an in depth knowledge of RDBMS, especially
Oracle and MySql. Shall maintain several databases with out any
issues, and also can develop, deploy large scale RDBMS in given time
frame. Having networking knowledge is a sure advantage.
4-5 years of experience and must be certified in any of the RDBMS,
Oracle certification is preferable. Cisco certification is good for
network things.

The candidate should be very proficient with action script and can
develop any type of logic and code for a given problem. shall know
Flash, web designing skills.
2-3 years of strong skills in web designing and action scripting.

IT Sales (Assistant Manager)
The candidate shall be very pro active, out going, extrovert and can
bring business to the company. Can arrange, manage meetings with
clients, able to turn business meetings into profitable work
contracts, able to sell our in-house developed products to a plethora
of clients.
5+ years of experience in relevant field and hold an IT+MBA degree.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Responsible for the overall financial management of the Company,
including the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the best
practice financial management strategies and policies.
o Monitoring and updating the Company's Business Plan on a 3 year
rolling basis
o Preparation of annual operating budgets based on the Company's
Business Plan
o All financial analysis of capital expenditures, expansion plans,
facilities acquisitions, etc
o Cash flow management
o Asset and liability management
o Tax planning
o Risk management, including insurance
o Administration of leasing and commercial loan financing programs for
the Company
o Secure and manage financial facilities as and when required to meet
the forecast growth and available investment opportunities
o All financial reporting to management, the Board of Directors,
shareholders, leaders/creditors and regulatory authorities wherever
applicable, including the preparation and dissemination of monthly
unaudited operating and financial reports annual audited financial
statements, periodic reports to the Registrar of Companies and the
central bank
o All legal and contractual compliance matters, both internal, lender
of investor-related and regulatory
o Management of the Company's finance and accounting staff
Requirements:
• Mature, dynamic and outgoing personality
• ACCA/ICMA/CPA is a must with minimum MBA degree
• Possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting, audit and finance,
preferably with a major corporation or professional practice
