Currently our Java HSE department at oil and gas company is looking for Technical Assisstant with following Job description:

- To do the administration job, manage the employee time sheet, expense report, government letter ( BPMIGAS,MIGAS,MNLH ), routing document approval

- To set up meeting preparation; arrange the meeting, book meeting room, prepare meeting document, accomodation, transportation and others.

- To manage the HSE document, campaign poster, safety input from offshore,maintain safety database

- To manage HSE budget, contract, invoice and financial administration

The candidate must meet criteria below:

- Female or Male

- Min. bachelor degree with preference from K3 (HSE) or Engineering or General "Marketing"

- Excellent and confidence in English communication (out spoken)

- Understand the business contract, office softwares, administration, and some simple finance administration

- Understand the "marketing/ promotion strategy" to help promote HSE agenda

- Minimum relevant work experience is 5 years.
