To support the growth of our company, we are urgently looking for a bright
talented individual to fill the following position:

*LEGAL ASSISTANT*

*Requirement:*

1. *Diploma III* or* Bachelor Graduate in Law* from Top University in
Indonesia;

2. Have 2 years experience preferably from Law Firm;

3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets,
Power Point, etc.);

4. *Proficient in English* is a MUST, both spoken and written;

5. Possess strong communication, negotiation, planning, analyzing and
organizing skills;

6. Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.

*Job Description:*

- Assisting in preparing legal exceptions;

- Doing legal research;

- Writing legal memorandum;

- Conducting contract review and negotiation;

- Handling legal aspects of tender process;

- Assisting in preparation of quotations to customers;

- Managing legal files and documentation.
