Our client is a PMA Automotive Manufacture Compay . To support its expansion plan the company is searching for
professional person with high motivation & maturity, as:

Senior HR & GA MANAGER

Will be responsible for all HR aspects with a small to medium number of populations, coordinating Jakarta office as headquarter and Asean Branch .
The Requirements of this position are shown below:
* University graduate from any field (min. S1), preferable majoring from Engineering or Law.
* Min 10-15 years of related working experience in similar function preferable
from Japanese manufacturing industry with hands on experience in IR, Learning & Development, Selection & Recruitment, Performance Management, Organization Development, C&B including payroll.
* Good knowledge of Improvement activities, such as : 5S, Kaizen, QCC, Work Safety.

* Good in leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
* Good proficiency in spoken and written English
