· Minimum S1 degree, preferably major in psychology or
management.
· Minimum 1 year experience in OD area and preferably in multi
finance company.
· Has a good understanding in Organization Development (Job
Analysis & CBHRM), Assessment Process and Performance Management (KPI,
tools, methods).
· Fluent in English.
· Has a good communication skill.
· Energetic, creative and a team player.
