Diagnostics) is looking for professional and qualified candidates for:
Business Unit Manager
Main responsibilities:
The Business Unit Manager is responsible to the Vice President - Sales.
He/she leads a team composed of Sales Manager, Customer Support Manager,
Marketing Support Manager. He ensures that the teams under his/her
leadership performs to the level expected of them by the company.
Qualifications:
* Male/female
* Minimum S1 Degree in S1 Medical, Pharmacy and Biology (Master
degree would be advantage)
* Having experience in the same position minimum 3 years
* Age 35-40 years old.
* Well experienced in Pharma or Medical Devices, Diagnostics
industries
* Must be result-oriented with strong customer focus and drive for
results
* possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills, general
management and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the
organization.
* Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making
perspective.
* Must have excellent follow-up, coaching, counseling, consulting,
oral/written communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
* Must be proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word,
Excel, Access and Power Point.
* Knowledge of SAP Module is preferable.
* Fluent in written and spoken English
