[vacancy] URGENT: HSE coordinator

Dear All,

We are an international EPC company working on Oil & Gas Project, currently expanding our business to Power Plant Project, seeking for high commitment & professional candidates for the following position:

HSE coordinator  

        Experienced in Power plant construction is  preferred.
        Citizen of Indonesia with minimum 5 years experience in Construction field.
        Minimum 2 years working as HSE coordinator.
        Ability to read and write reports in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
        Fluency in English/ Bahasa is a must for this position.
        Qualified with AK3 Umum certificate and SMK 3 auditor course
        Able to work on MS office [ MS word. Excel and powerpoint]
        Work location-Kalimantan

Job responsibility

- Shall report to Corporate HSE Manager at Jakarta. 
- Shall maintain accident statistics, incident reports and safety training records. 
- Shall ensure that all persons receive induction training, prior to the issue of their access control passes. 
- Shall review safety systems and work procedures to ensure that it confirms with standard practices of safety
  system. 
- Shall organize meetings and presentations to communicate Health, Safety & Environmental client and legislative
  requirements in all the stages of project. 
- Shall Organize, co-ordinate for planned Safety training and awareness programs as per the need of construction
  activity. 
- Shall monitor the implementation of the HSE plan and appraise the Project Manager on all Safety matters
  related to the project. 
- Shall organize and attend HSE committee meetings at site 
- Shall coordinate internal and COMPANY Health, Safety & Environmental inspection/ safety audit. 
- Shall review project Safety targets and plans in consultations with Project manager to achieve the Safety
  performance targets. 
- Shall enforce appropriate disciplinary action towards any breach of the Project Rules and Procedures. 
- Shall laise with client and shall take account of all advice rendered in respect to Health, Safety and Environment. - Shall ensure that procedures contained in this HSE plan are revised regularly as dictated by situation. 
- Shall ensure that accident/ incident are reported, investigated for root cause and effective measures are taken
  and monitored  regularly.
- Shall monitor the project management systems to ensure that the arrangements established adequately 
  address, Health, Safety and  Environment.
