We are the sourcing arm of a reputed European fashion label located in
Bogor and currently we are looking for a Senior Secretary.

Job Summaries:
To assist Personal Assistant in her daily basis
She shall report directly to Personal Assistant

Qualifications:
Female, single with min 25 years old
Graduated from secretary academy
Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position and having an
experience in the garment will be an advantage
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Computer literate in MS Office programs: words, excel, power point, etc
Having an experience in the General Affairs will be an advantage
Self-motivated, independent and with pleasant personality
Willing to work overtime
Be meticulous and discreet with information

Work Scopes:
To perform general secretarial duties covering, but not limited:
scheduling of appointments, meetings, arrangement of
travels/accommodation, ensure systematic filing of documents etc
Timely submission monthly report to the Managing Director
Preparation of various statistics
Maintaining and updating data for internal and external purpose
To support General Affairs administration in daily basis
etc
