Export Documentation Assistant
Requirements:
Female, single
Min. 3 years of shipping or export documentation experiences
LC/letter of credit knowledge is a must, have knowledge with SAP is an advantage
Meticulous, Attentive to details, high level of accuracy
Write & Speak English fluently
Willing to do over time and multi tasking
Able to work independently
Must be able to work immediately
Responsibilities:
Process export documentations (checking purchase order, proforma invoice, comm. Invoice, packing list). Issuing other supported documents requested on the LC.
Issuing draft BL, draft CO & fumigation certificate
LC negotiations
Issuing of policy insurance for all shipments through 3rd party
Checking & ensure complete payment from customer
Update report
