1. must have at least 5 year work experiance, at the same position
2.. strong leadership skill (1)
3. good interpersonal & comunication skill, complemented with english
4. min S1 majoring engineering / civil
5. GPA min 3.00
6. have strong planing, communication & negotiation skills
7.. problem solver, able to work independently & team
8. strong knowladge in steel material & sparepart
