A leading Jakarta-based publishing company and creatorof the multi award-winning regional travel andlifestyle magazine, DestinAsian, as wellInternationally renowned Prestige Indonesia and DA MANis seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to fillthe position as OFFICE SECRETARY.  Working closely with the Director of Operations and/orHuman Resources Manager, the successful candidate willinvolve in the organizing and oversees work flow ofthe office and corrects it as necessary. Preparescorrespondence by compiling, typing
and proofreadingmemoranda, letter and reports. Schedules and arrangesmeetings and conferences; prepares agenda; acts asfacilitator when necessary; Designs and maintainssupplies needed by the department and to performrelated duties as assigned  Qualification: An undergraduate in relevantdiscipline, . A minimum two years ofclerical/secretarial experience, including two yearsas a Secretary or equivalent. Knowledge of managementtechniques is required.
