Job Description:
* The primary pre-sales technical interface with the customer, he/she will recognize the client's business needs, interpret them, and produce the solution design proposals.
* Supporting the sales team throughout the business winning process, also assist in the implementation.
Requirements :
* S1 graduate from reputable university, preferably in Technical/IT major.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Experience 1+ years with knowledge of installation and configuration of UPS System, Server Rack System & Cooling system
* Excellent communication skills and ability to read the audience
* Ability to think ´outside of the box´ and relate product benefits back to the customer
