Project Administrator
Requirements
· At least `A' level certification or Diploma holder with
minimum 2 years working experience in similar role or involved in
project management related functions. Fresh graduates in Business
Studies/Administration may also apply.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000; skilled in
MS Project, Excel. SAP knowledge a definite bonus.
· Should possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to
work with people of all levels.
· Good command of English, ability to communicate effectively
both spoken and written.
· Personal effectiveness in objective setting and monitoring,
structured approach to work with an eye for details.
· Ability to work independently and capable of handling
situational work stress and tight deadlines.
Job Description
· Maintain Project Management tools; Project Processes;
Implementation Methodology and Project Statistics.
· Maintain and upkeep tasks of all ongoing project plan against
the indicated timelines and milestones.
· Provide overall administrative and technical support for
project teams; Scheduling of project meetings, conference calls and
presentations; Recording and upkeep of meeting minutes.
· Maintain records of project resources; working with Resource
Manager in this aspect in tracking of certifications and updating of
skill matrix.
· Support Project Reporting, Project Accounting and other
Client Services Reports.
· Provide information and support on hotel arrangement, travel
schedule, Timesheet & Expenses tracking and reporting.
