Our client, a Telecommunication Company is looking for professionals to fill
below Position.

CONTRACT MANAGER
Scope of Works:
* Responsibility for day to day management of the contract between
Company and the Customer.
* Represent Company interest regarding contractual disputes, claims
and variations to negotiate best financial deal.
* Primary point of contact between Company and Customer Contract /
Procurement Manager.
* Close liaison with internal Company departments such as Finance,
Legal and CEG.
* Close liaison with Company project teams to fully understand
targets and commitments and support these commitments.
* Lead contract negotiations for additional scope.
* Negotiation and management of contracts with Company suppliers and
subcontractors.
* Monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring any penalties are
correctly applied.
* Provide advice and recommendations with regard to Company
contracting / negotiation strategy.
Requirements and Competencies:
* A fully trained Telecoms Contract Manager with at least 5 years
experience managing international projects.
* An excellent understanding of large telecoms project deployments.
* Excellent product knowledge across all domains.
* A proven track record of delivery.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Excellent inter personal and communication skills, easily able to
communicate with the Customer, Project Team, Suppliers and Subcontractors at
all levels.
* A high level of cultural awareness and experience working in multi
cultural teams.
* High level of commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of
financial, procurement and legal processes.
