Vacancy at PALYJA

Training Assistant


Task & Responsibilities :

External Training Administrations :
- Admission of Training & provide all related document (tax guarantee
letter etc)
- Monitoring PR / PO process (procurement)
- Contacting training provider regarding the documents need for PO process
/ invoice documentation
- Monitoring payment process (Finance)

Other training administration :
- For seminar conducted in other place (hotel, JDC) : preparing budgets,
book the room, monitoring the preparation, monitoring the payment &
documentation, make budget-realization report

Archiving related to ISO / Procedures :
- Send External Training Evaluation Form (TR2 & TR3) and make sure all
external training participant send back the form
- Maintain all training documents related to ISO

Other Administration & Archiving :
- Monitoring of stationery & training souvenirs
- Archiving training brochures / schedules from providers
- Monitoring & Archiving incoming / outgoing letter

Training Newsletter :
- Preparing Training Newsletters
- Preparing new book review

Qualification :

- Minimum educational background : Graduate Bachelor Degree in Management
/ Administration
- Minimum 2 year experience in administration
- Fluent in English (Written & Oral).
- Very good MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point )
- Had Participate in Archiving Management Trainings, Computer & English
Course
- Very good analytical skills, Presentation skills and Inter Personal
Skills.
