Our Client, a multinational automotive company, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a position in the company as:
RETAIL FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Actively maintain hi-potential leasing comapany in every regional (either province or island) territory
- Fully involving in creating aggressive leasing strategy
- Participate in customer requirements/product and following up
- Design aggressive leasing project regular Sales
- Plan and participate in project regular Sales
- Participate in "Sales & Marketing Network Development Meetings"
- Maintain close cooperationwith Main Dealers, Dealers and other Sales Channel as well; and Leasing Company
- Stimulate continous process improvement
Qualifiactions:
- Finance/Accounting Degree, Master degree is desirable
- At least 5 years of working experiencein the leasing multinational company, whereas at least 3 years is as Retail Finance/Leasing Manager
- Proficient user of the English language
- Good interpersonal skill, good leadership skill, aggressively analytical thinking, team working,
- Team working, customer focus and fast adaptibility
