Culinary to be a consultant for our Japanese restaurant, Matsu.
Requirements are:
- well experienced as Japanese culinary chef in hotel or restaurant
- Japanese native is preferable
- expert in Japanese F&B products & Japanese menu engineering
- good knowledge in Japanese kitchen management, as well as hygiene &
sanitation standards
The appointed candidate will perform as freelance consultant for our
Japanese culinary development program for certain period of working
agreement.
