We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join us in the
following position:
Trade Marketing Manager (TM-09)
Requirements :
*
Bachelor degree from reputable university, master degree would be
preferred
*
more than 5 years experience in Sales and Trade Marketing at a
consumer brand or FMCG company
*
Strong understanding of the sales process and distribution
*
Knowledge of pricing architecture and trade sales functions
*
Able to develop strategic and tactical promotion programs and
effectively manage the execution through creative agencies, vendors,field
sales personnel and retailers
*
Have basic understanding of category management concepts
*
Strong project management and budgetary skills; detail – oriented
*
Have experience to work with retailers in engaging in – store
activity and targeted customer events
*
Strong leadership, good analytical thinking skill, excellent
interpersonal and communication skill
*
Innovative, high motivation with ability to maintain performance
under stressfull condition
*
Good command in english and computer literate
