TECHNICAL CAPEX SUPERVISOR


Duties & Responsibilities :

Spesific
CAPEX Analysis
- Set up and run the CAPEX model and water balance for Feasibilty Study /
Master Plan.
- Set up the technical financial CAPEX analysis for the annual CAPEX plan.
- Carry out the technical CAPEX analysis that includes Network Production,
NRW, and Building & General in collaboration with CAPEX Department
- Conduct the technical and economical analysis for prioritizing of
distribution network by running Scoring Tool.

Project Monitoring & Controlling
- Set up the budget plan in collaboration with Primary & Distribution
Project Team.
- Follow up, monitor and control the cash flow of network project carried
out by Primary and Distribution Project Team.
- Monitor the network KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for Primary and
Distribution Projects.

General
- Provide support and report directly to Technical Study Superintendent in
the overall project controlling and CAPEX analysis activities.
- Responsible In coordinating the overall activities within the section to
ensure that the tasks could be completed on schedule and with the good
quality of work.
- Preparing the action plan, monthly program of activities to be conducted
in the section.
- Making report of any Technical CAPEX analysis and Project Monitoring
conducted in the section.
- Cooperate with CAPEX team, Primary & Distribution Projects team,
Feasibility Study team, Finance & Internal Audit team and other sections
in providing cost benefit analysis and project monitoring & controlling
- Manage its team for the provision of the above-mentioned activities


Qualification :
- Minimum educational background : S1 Civil / Environmental Engineering,
S2 is preferred.
- Minimum 5 year experience in water supply system
- Excellent communication in English (Written & Oral).
- Experience in Project Monitoring & Controlling, Cost benefit analysis,
CAPEX Technical Analysis.
- Experience in working with consultant (Local / International)
- Capable in managing the team, coordinating the works
- Proactive, hard working & self motivated
