Asisten Manager

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, monitor and measure performance
Maintain Employee Relations, Leadership Development and Performance Management
Ensure all team are consistently appraised
Conduct training and briefing workshops for managers and employees
Contribute to development, implementation, analysis and administration of Compensation & Benefits programs
To contribute to process improvement and automation.
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree.
At least 1 years of multi site marketing experience.
Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent all round marketing business knowledge with particular strengths in the areas of Performance management as well as reward and recognition.
A strategic thinker with a down to earth approach, you will be resilient, hard working and a good team player.
Comfortable making quick decisions and results driven.
Exceptional writing, management, organizational and communications skills.
