Minimum Bachelor Degree
We seek a team player who like challenges, smart, ambitious with integrity and willing to learn fast.
The person should energetic, motivated, responsible, organaize, efficient, creative, confident, and targets orientated.
In this role you will need to work under pressure to lead, organize, train, motivate, monitor and manage your staff to achieve targets.
Good communication skill
Having Min 1 year experience leading a sales team, leading a telemarketing team will be an advantage
