One of Recruitment Consultant is looking for Recruitment Manager with minimum 4 years experience in managing recruitment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate activities of Recruiters and periodically review procedures to ensure clients expectations are met
2. Supervise Data Base Management to ensure sources are available for recruitments requirements
3. Develop recruiters to meet clients needs
4. Dealing offer with prospect clients for Executive Senior Recruitment
5. Responsible for Executive /Senior recruitment from sourcing data, selection, scheduling, interview and assessment and reports
6. Negotiate with clients to ensure candidates proposed are acceptable.
