To support their unit's operations in Indonesia, they are seeking high caliber candidates to strengthen their presence in the market as:

COST ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

a.. Report to Factory Financial Controller
b.. Handle for Financial and Managerial reporting
c.. Handle for Product costing
d.. Budgetary control
e.. Internal Control
f.. Annual Budgeting
g.. Investment proposal (CER)
Key Requirements:

a.. Experience in handling costing in FMCG
b.. Having minimum 8 - 10 years experience at undertaking finance and accounting with 5 years experience at managerial/supervisory level with a degree from university majoring in accounting
c.. Has strong leadership, a team player, result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, dynamic and strategic thinking person
d.. Experience in handling system & application in multinational environment (SAP)
e.. Strong technical knowledge
f.. Communication and listening skills (oral and written), both Indonesia and English
g.. Good interpersonal skills
h.. Possess strong planning and analytical skills
i.. Flexibility (adaptation to the changing needs and priorities in the work environment)
j.. Independent and proactive
k.. Computer literacy (MS Office, Spreadsheets)
l.. Strong knowledge in processes
m.. Team approach/cooperation: work with others in order to meet goals, accomplish work, and resolve problems
n.. Customer service oriented: understand and anticipate the needs of the customer
